Our Primary Support Program

  • Almost unique to our industry, we believe the client should own both the hardware and the software. We provide all necessary documentation and transfer all rights to the client for future system modifications.
  • We will extend all of the manufacturer's parts and labor warranties to one full year.
  • We will perform comprehensive system performance evaluations and perform any and all necessary adjustments or alignments to improve or correct the performance of your system.
  • We will provide you with unlimited free telephone support and priority service status, which means you'll receive service within eight hours of your initial call request.
  • We will repair or replace all components sold and installed by Connecting Point Multimedia with parts that are identical to or of equivalent quality to the original parts. (We regret we cannot extend this same coverage to components added by our clients or other third parties.)
