Lead Technician


  • One or more years of experience completing technical installations of audiovisual systems
  • Working knowledge of complex audiovisual systems
  • Ability to read professional system diagrams
  • Service training on audiovisual equipment and industry certification(s) preferred


  • Ability to manage and supervise installation team
  • Coordinate on-site audiovisual requirements to all project subcontractors, including but not limited to the General Contractor
  • Communicating on-site issues to the System Design team
  • Pulling and terminating cable; hanging and aligning display monitors, projectors, and screens; assembling racks; calibrating video/audio systems; implementing control systems
  • Documenting design alterations on prepared build drawings
  • Ongoing maintenance of audiovisual equipment and systems
  • Troubleshooting complex audio, video and control system problems
